30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a one-time digital product — for any reason — contact us at info@cosmixapp.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
- No forms and no hoops — just email us and mention the email address you used at checkout.
- Refund processing times depend on your bank or card issuer, and typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
- This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under applicable law.
What's Covered
The guarantee applies to our one-time digital products, including:
- The Soulmate Sketch — a personalized, computer-generated portrait created from your answers.
- The Blueprint reading — a personalized, computer-generated written personality reading created from your answers and birth details.
Delivery Guarantee
Digital products are typically generated and delivered within minutes of purchase. If your product ever fails to generate or deliver, contact us at info@cosmixapp.com and we will re-deliver it or refund your purchase.
How to Request a Refund
Email info@cosmixapp.com within 30 days of your purchase and include the email address you used at checkout so we can locate your order quickly. We'll confirm by email once your refund has been issued.
Subscriptions
App subscriptions (Cosmix Premium, purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play) are separate from these one-time digital products and are governed by the applicable app store's refund policies. If you cancel a subscription, you keep premium access until the end of your current billing period; partial billing periods are not refunded except as required by applicable law or platform policies.
